Lance Griffith - Founder, CEOLance has been involved in the technology field for more than 22 years, participating in regional and global roll outs of ground-breaking computer networks and applications. For the U.S. military, he participated in development and deployment of one of the first data security systems for the Strategic Air Command; co-managed the roll out of the Air Force’s hotel billing system for PacRim bases in Japan, South Korea, the Philippines and Hawaii; and then became Dir. of Information Technology for Pacific Air Force deploying the first non-classified Frame and IP network for base-to-base networking between Okinawa, Mainland Japan and South Korea.
Lance established Colorado Computer Consultants (C3) in 1988 and served as CEO and President providing I.T. consulting to military organizations in Colorado Springs, CO. C3 networked military installations and developed wide-area Novell networks for the Air Force Academy, Peterson AFB, NORAD, Space Command and Luke AFB. Lance coordinated sale of C3‘s complete contract portfolio to Qwest Communications, Inc.
Lance joined Paranet Inc. in 1996 (Houston-based, purchased by Sprint in 1997) managing the San Francisco office’s 5-person team, orchestrating growth of the branch to 65 tech consultants by 1998. His team provided high-end networking, data center and application solutions to Berkeley Labs, Providian Corp, 3COM, Clorox, Lawrence Livermore Labs and Chevron Technology, among others. Lance later moved to Houston as Dir. of Knowledge Management for Sprint Paranet, coordinating the analysis of over 3500+ customer project experiences. Lance then became co-managing Director for Sprint E!Solutions Sales Operations where he orchestrated the engineering, development and implementation of internally-developed CRM and Knowledge Management solutions for 1500+ sales representatives nation-wide.
Stanley Keith - Founder, CFO
Stanley has worked in the information technology field for 15 years. While employed with Sprint eSolutions, he managed 9 developers, 2 database administrators and a project manager implementing customized Customer Relationship Management tools supporting 88,000 Sprint employees - a 2yr, $2.5M project.
In 1993, Stanley, as owner and CEO, established a residential mortgage brokerage company, MortgageNet. The company grew to 7 loan officers and 5 processors within 4 months and closed over 8 million in residential mortgages per month for two years. Stanley managed all facets of the business. He then established an internet advertising firm, “1ad.com”. This company enabled clients to connect with potential customers through multiple marketing avenues. After building the company to 15 employees and 150+ customers, the venture was purchased by an advertising company in Plano , Texas .
Stanley directs the Human Resource, Accounting, and Purchasing departments and manages all financial aspects of CAP5. He attended Southwest Texas State University , obtaining a BBA Management in 1984.
Tony Hodgson – Managing Director, President
Tony Hodgson has 25 years of experience mastering business and engineering applications of information technology. Tony started his career as a systems engineer in the aerospace industry, and became the Senior Account Manager to NASA for MCI Telecommunications, responsible for sales of $100M+ in global data / voice / video connectivity. As Communications Manager for the State of Texas Environmental Resource Center, he helped conceive one of the first public Internet portals with IBM, and served as a technology transfer consultant. Tony then founded, grew and sold two software service firms.
Tony has served on the management teams of multiple commercial and civic organizations, including formation of the ‘Sister Cities of Houston’ organization, advising international business students at the University of Houston, and directing the Homeowners' Board of the South Shore Harbour master-planned community in Clear Lake, TX. He is a founding member of InWorld Alliance – a consulting firm promoting 3DWeb and Virtual World technologies for business; and serves on the Emerging Technology Council of the Houston Technology Center. Tony earned Engineering Degrees. from both Texas A&M and the University of Texas, Arlington; has coursework towards an M.S. from Rice University, and was inducted into the national engineering honor society.

Dave Chase – Managing Director, COO
Dave brings over 26 years of business operations management and technology experience. He was the first employee of CAP5 as a network engineer and software developer, and manages all aspects of service fulfillment in professional services, application development and datacenter services.
Dave's "prior life" career includes sales, operations and division management success at major retailers such as Circuit Cit and Radio Shack as well as self employed technical consultant. While working in a retail environment, he focussed on competitive marketing and operations process efficiency and improvement utilizing Six Sigma techniques in single as well as multi-locations in a four state area. His broad experience has brought a practical approach to process systems management and development that is in use internally as well as in the architecture and design of CAP5's customer development projects.
One of his largest accomplishments with CAP5 is the architecture, development, maintenance and improvement of the internal and customer facing web-based sales and operations system (TIM) that is the core of CAP5's operations and competitive advantage.
