The "beta" application is installed and undergoes a testing period. Outstanding iissues are resolved. We provide you with a formal introduction to using your new tools, then put the application into production.
We conduct a review to ensure your goals have been achieved. We document improvement opportunities for future projects, and hand off operations to you.
