Founder and Chief Executive Officer
Lance Griffith’s entrepreneurial spirit is evidenced when he started his first computer services company, Colorado Computer Consultants, in the early 1990’s in Colorado Springs. His business focus included both military contracting and solving the technology needs of small to medium-size business.
He was one of the founding partners of CAPFIVE Technology Solutions in 2002, and is now the sole partner and CEO. Originally CAPFIVE’s business model included applications development and datacenter practices, but has since evolved into Managed Services, Infrastructure Technology, Cloud Solutions, Voice Solutions and Disaster Recovery.
Griffith’s prior experience includes working for the Air Force as Director of Technology in Okinawa, Japan. He joined Paranet (San Francisco), which was later acquired by Sprint Telecom. With those companies he consulted to Fortune 500 companies and later developed Paranet’s Corporate Practice Department of Knowledge Management.
Griffith holds an MS in Information Systems Management, University of Maryland; and Masters of Business Administration, Louisiana State University.
Chief Operating Officer
CAPFIVE founder and CEO, Lance Griffith, recently announced Jeff LaVergne as Chief Operating Officer. He has been with CAPFIVE as a Field Technician, supporting several of the company’s major clients. LaVergne, a lifelong Houstonian, previously held management positions at Cole Healthcare, Root Consulting and RC Tech Service before joining CAPFIVE earlier this year. He has broad systems experience in many industry sectors including healthcare, engineering, oil and gas, and works extensively with municipalities. Chief Financial Officer
Alex has enjoyed more than 10 years at CAPFIVE, first as Director of Finance and now as Chief Financial Officer. Her prior experience includes accounting work related to the oil and gas industry, with a specialty in tax accounting.
